The flat is very nice and new

Some stuff (furniture) wasn’t good quality, be careful to check at the beginning if everything work properly and not damaged not to loose your deposit

New house with underground parking. Spacious apartment - two bedrooms, living room combined with kitchen. Two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other only a toilet). Double bed in each bedroom. Large balcony. A lockable walk-out yard that might especially appeal to families with smaller children, as it has a small slide, swings and sandbox. The house has an elevator. Modern household appliances. It was possible to receive the keys and the garage door control without contact with a person, and it was also possible to leave them without meeting anyone. Very convenient to order food, for example, from Wolt. But it is also possible to cook in a kitchen - there are enough dishes. Coffee machine with capsules, capsules are also available. Two types of toasters, electric kettle.

It was unpleasant that a lot was missing. There was a dishwasher but no dishwashing tablets. To wash by hand - there was no dishwashing liquid either (we bought it ourselves). There were no dish towels. In the drawer in the bathroom, we only found old-looking disposable soap, but there was no soap, no shower gel - no hygiene items. Towels were available. There are many very dirty places in the apartment. A layer of dust on the lamps, ventilation. Lots of huge stains on the couch and chairs by the kitchen table. Very dirty windows. Kitchen window without any curtains, but opposite a large residential building. Perhaps someone could be disturbed by the fact that the airport is close and you can occasionally hear loud planes flying nearby. There was a washing machine but no laundry tablets or washing powder. If the landlord could fix these minor issues, the apartment would be excellent and we would love to return there someday. It is also important that when reserving an apartment, you have to pay a security deposit, but it was quickly returned - after a week. Torn pillowcase, there were yellow stains on my pillowcase. Unfortunately, I cannot add the photos I had prepared - with stains and dust.
