Stăpînul o persoana foarte receptivă. Amplasarea apartamentului e bună, ușor poți pleca în altă regiune a Bucureștiului.

The location is great, facile check-in procedure.
The elevator comes handy.
The desk in the bedroom was useful for us. Nice terrace.
FYI there is a coffee maker but you have to bring your own coffee capsules for it.
The entrance door was patched, and even with all the mentioned security measures it didn't feel safe to leave valuable things while going out.
The air conditioning is old and noisy so can't be used during night, but there are no mosquito nets so open windows are also tricky.
The walk-in shower was difficult to use without wetting all the bathroom floor and the hot water had to be waited for a long time. The light in the bathroom is too weak.
Furniture is in good shape but the textiles feel dusty.
I'd say it's ok for 1-2 nights, but for a longer stay it would become unpleasent.
