Columbia Falls Home w/ Patio: Near Glacier NP!

The house is new and spacious, well equipped and properly maintained, airy with abundant natural light and a broad outdoor view featuring a large lawn before the river. There is no TV, but we do not mind because the WiFi is fast and reliable. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with nearly everything one might expect. The water is slightly soft, yet the boiler performs well. We appreciate the third bathroom, or powder room, esp during busy periods to depart early. We were fortunate to return one evening, notice a police car, and meet the owner nearby, who warned us about a black bear with her two cubs roaming the area. Otherwise, we might have taken our evening walk along the river and encountered them.

There should be some ALERT or WARNING contact to the dwellers in case of any urgency such as the encountering with bears or flash flood, if any.

Very spacious and modern house , excellent amenities and great location .

We were all very comfortable, absolutely loved the home and couldn't be happier about the location. The home is so warm, well-appointed and exquisite that we really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The owners were even helping up while they were overseas. Highly recommend!!

There was nothing to not like. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and property.
