Apartamento muy bien equipado y confortable, fue una estancia muy agradable. Tuvimos un pequeño problema para la entrega de llaves pero fue resuelto muy rápidamente. Santiago muy cercano y disponible para cualquier problema. Recomiendo 100% .

la mampara de la ducha no está sujeta y se nos cayó encima al ducharnos. Nos encontramos con la señora que entrega las llaves y nos comentó que el dueño conocía la situación pero que no lo había arreglado. En Marzo le habíamos solicitado entrar en el apartamento de 14:00 a 15:00 y el anfitrión nos contestó que no creía que hubiera problema y, la noche anterior a la entrada, cuando ya teníamos todo organizado, nos dijo que la entrada era a las 17:00. Al día siguiente, le envié un email quejándome por tener que estar esperando y ni siquiera contestó disculpándose.
