Całkiem dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży, niedaleko do głównych atrakcji, a jednocześnie na uboczu, gdzie nie ma dużego zgiełku i nie słychać hałasów dochodzących z placu budowy, który jest na nabrzeżu u wejścia do portu. Apartament wyraźnie nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi. Dobrej jakości wyposażenie. Miłym zaskoczeniem był osobny stoliczek z krzesełkami dla dziecka, na którym mogło sobie rysować (na wyposażeniu były nawet kredki).
Jak na apartament nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi zdecydowanie powinna zostać poprawiona kwestia higieny. Łazienka jest zwyczajnie zaniedbana: zniszczone elementy wyposażenia, które aż straszą i grzyb pod prysznicem. Zdecydowanie w apartamencie przydałoby się bardzo gruntowne sprzątanie i naprawa lub wymiana zniszczonych sprzętów. Obsługa rolet zewnętrznych wymaga cierpliwości - pilot zdalnego sterowania działa losowo.
