Cozy apartment in Ružinov

Ubytovanie bolo celkovo pohodlné. Lokalita je dobrá, blízko zastávky verejnej dopravy, s dobrým prístupom k budove. V byte bolo všetko potrebné na pobyt, čo prispelo k celkovému komfortu.

Hneď po príchode do bytu bol citeľný nepríjemný zápach, pravdepodobne z kanalizácie. Zápach pretrvával počas celého pobytu, preto bolo potrebné neustále vetrať. Zároveň boli vážne nedostatky v čistote. Pri prvom použití kúpeľne bolo zrejmé, že umývadlo nebolo vyčistené – nachádzali sa na ňom vlasy rôznych farieb, čo zanechalo veľmi zlý prvý dojem. Rovnaká situácia bola aj na toalete. Podlaha nebola uprataná a bolo nepríjemné po nej chodiť. Keď som si prvýkrát vzala uterák na osušenie rúk, okamžite na rukách ostali dlhé vlnité vlasy, hoci uterák ešte nebol používaný. Podľa môjho názoru by upratovanie malo byť vždy dôkladné, bez ohľadu na cenu alebo typ ubytovania. Čistota je základným štandardom pre každého hosťa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bratislava. The apartment was only 8 minutes away from the center by bus. The owner was always available and very kind. we can't wait to come back again

I want to praise Erik, the responsible worker , for his speedy replies, help and overall assistance. He was truly the highlight of the stay. The location of the apartment is very convenient. The price is reasonable for the city.

The apartment owners ask you for a further 150 euro deposit AFTER the free cancelation period ends. this is borderline unethical practice that I've never experienced before and it soured our stay. The room is not as nice as the pictures, it's extremely hot inside and the bathroom is stinky and small, to the point you have to use it with doors open. Also the apartent is listed for half the price it actually costs once you add in other costs, showing further speculation and shady practices from the owners. If it wasn't for the manager Erik, I would've consider canceling and fighting for a refund.
