Everything! The place is well maintained, very peaceful. The staff were lovely and they ask you if you want your room cleaned. The bed is soo comfortable, best bed we had. The pool is nice. Kitchen is also available for use. The location is perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach, we really loved that street we call it brunch street less busy compared to other streets. Highly recommend!
Nothing! The construction starts at 8 but it doesn’t bother us as we wake up around that time anyway 😊

Great homestay, has a real 'feel-good' vibe about it. Excellent location! Just off the main street with plenty of amazing cafes right on your doorstep, and the beach a 5-10 minute walk away. Kitchen is well equipped and looks over the pool. The rooms are spacious, with a desk. Bed is very comfortable, rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is just the right amount. Big bathroom but very basic, only bodywash provided. Provide a washing machine, but you have to purchase your own washing powder. I extended my stay which I think says a lot :)
No fault of the property, but there is a LOT of noise from construction. Starts around 8am every morning. When you shut your room door it blocks out a bit of the noise, and if you're out during the day, it should be fine. It makes it a little harder to enjoy the facilities (pool, communal seating area) during the day. The owner lets you know this before arriving which is fantastic, and I haven't let the construction affect my score - just something you should know.
Also, the fridge doesn't shut properly sometimes so overnight food can spoil if it hasn't been closed properly.

Clean, simple, comfy, great location. Cute shared kitchen which water for your water bottle and fridge. Nice seating area outside for working. Drying rack. Honestly such a great place for the price.
Only tiny annoying thing was the outside covered area with a big table and benches would have been great for chilling or working in the evening but the overhead spots like were so bright I couldn't sit there - some lower light would have been awesome.

This place was great in every way.
Room/facilities- SO CLEAN. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was just how clean everything was. From my room, to the communal kitchen, even the pool, everything was always so clean. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need, including a nice lil desk and full length mirror. Bathroom was really nice, and again, so so clean.
Location- very good location, walking distance to the beach and heaps of the good restaurants/cafes and bars. Short scooter ride away from some of the bigger beach clubs.
Staff- The staff are AMAZING. They are so lovely and kind, and also very easily contactable through whatsapp if you need anything.
I loved everything about my stay at Konex, especially for the price it's such great value for money. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend to everyone else :)
