Beau logement neuf, spacieux et confortable et très propre.
Parking privé dans la propriété, au calme et équipé de la climatisation.
Au niveau équipements , il manque, 1 micro onde, 1 tire bouchon, des petits couteaux ( découper les légumes et fruits ou steaks) une machine à café, 1 dérouleur pour le papier wc,toutes les casseroles ne sont pas adaptées à l’induction , c’était compliqué pour cuisiner. Le logement est équipé d’une machine à laver, mais penser à ramener la lessive.
Pour le prix payé, il serait bien de mettre un peut de sucre, du café, sel et poivre de l’essuie tout .

Praticamente nuova. Molto spaziosa, vicina al mare e tutti i servizi. La zona è molto tranquilla, si riposa molto bene la notte.
Il servizio di lenzuola a pagamento, considerato il costo ritengo debba essere incluso.

Apartment is new and recently built. Private secured parking inside the apartment area. The hosts do not speak English but we could find ways to understand each other and received worthy advise on excellent local restaurants where we could eat local food.
WiFi absence. Shall be considered that there is no pool for use, there is an image with pool included though in the Owner list of pictures. Some internal pictures taken from another apartment with another type of sofa and kitchen.
Already after reservation it was discovered when Booking personnel contacted us that there additional conditions were added from the host like 300€ deposit and bed linen absence (or it can be rented for 60€ per stay. 300€ were successfully returned by the end of trip. I believe this late information about deposit and bed linen could influence me before reservation though.
