Boa localização e estrutura do condomínio
A administração da Seazone é péssima, demora no retorno dos questionamentos, falta de vontade em se relacionar com o cliente, me cobraram 2 vezes pela limpeza, pois pedi para entender as dias, sendo que apenas uma limpeza sera realizada, alegaram que essa eh a politica deles, sem falar que o valor de extensão proposto por eles era MUITO acima, foi mais barato fazer uma nova locação direto com o booking, ao qual tbm, nao consigo rever o valor da limpeza.

Imóvel é bem planejado, boa estrutura do condomínio.
Limpeza péssima, Internet com problemas, colchões ruins, geladeira nao gela direito e estragou mjita comida, mesmo na função máxima, casa estava com mal cheiro de limpeza, banheiro sujo.
