Location. Quiet environment. Size of property. Comfortable beds. Plenty of appliances.
Cleanliness of showers, skirting boards, toilets. Door handle of ensuite very loose. Shower head in ensuite was broken. Towel rail in main bathroom needs repairing. Lawns are poorly maintained.
