Lokacija objekta je idealna, na 5-10 minuta od centra grada, svih zanimljivosti, restorana i cafea. Na Madeiri vam treba auto da bi mogli istražiti otok, a garaža je odmah preko puta ovog objekta i vrlo je povoljna. Stančić je malen ali ima sve sto vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Krevet je udoban i sve je čisto, a sama zgrada je lijepo održavana. Na krovu je zajednička terasa koju možete koristiti.
Objekt nema klimu, a dani (a i noći) koje smo proveli u Funchalu bili su izuzetno topli, pa bi klima sigurno učinila boravak u stanu i spavanje ugodnijim.

Apartament był położony w miarę blisko centrum, co było dużym plusem. Na miejscu był pan, który pomógł z przekazaniem kluczy i był bardzo pomocny. Istniała też możliwość zamówienia u niego transferu z lotniska w przystępnej cenie.
W kuchni znajdowały się pułapki na mrówki, jednak mimo tego problem nadal występował, było ich dość dużo i chodziły po blacie. Widok z okien nie należał do szczególnie atrakcyjnych.

Geen airco, waardoor het ‘s nachts echt enorm warm was. We hebben zelfs op de vloer proberen slapen omdat het er zo warm was. Er was wel een ventilator, maar persoonlijk laten we deze niet graag opstaan ‘s nachts. We kochten na de eerste nacht oordoppen waardoor we met ramen open konden slapen en de ventilator aan laten. Zonder oordoppen was er te veel lawaai van de straat. Bed was ook vrij hard. Er was heel veel rumoer en lawaai in de hal ook. Mensen die tot 2u ‘s nachts binnenkwamen. Slechte isolatie.
