This property was wonderful, it had all the amenities a person could need for a family to stay for several weeks if you wanted.

Beautiful view of the ocean through the trees. Very quiet property. The kitchen was not completely clean, so we had to tidy up after the previous guests. The main living area is on the second floor (plus one bedroom and two baths), so you will need to go up and down the stairs to get to the kitchen and dining room. DVDs are mostly kids movies, but there is access to streaming services in the upstairs living room. Lots of puzzles and board games. Overall, a very nice property!

This house was amazing! Great decor and comfortable couches. The view was breath taking! It's only 20 min walk to beach or 5 minute drive. It fit our families need for vacation. Great full to find this home away from home!

Had a lovely stay here at this beautiful townhouse in Manzanita. The view from the deck was fantastic and it was great to hear the surf roaring as we watched the sun go down. We did grill one night and enjoyed a meal on the deck which has chairs and a table. This house is very comfortable, extra clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and items for cooking in which we did a few times. Lots of herbs and spices and kitchen staples, which was very nice. The owner was very responsive by text when we arrived and inquired about where to park a second vehicle (note: there’s only room for one vehicle in the driveway. Parking for an extra vehicle is down the street on a graveled area. It’s a safe area and we didn’t feel uncomfortable having one car parked there.). We never were able to watch television (no cable or streaming services) but we watched a few DVDs from the house stock. There’s no longer a Redbox in the area as suggested by the owner manual though we determined dvds could be rented in Seaside. But we really preferred reading and playing board games in the evening after dinner so that wasn’t a big issue. It was quiet for the most part, though our last night there a young family arrived to stay in the townhouse next door, and soundproofing between the units wasn’t adequate enough to keep us from hearing a howling toddler at night and first thing (very early) in the morning. So much for sleeping in that morning! Something to consider if you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet—it is a bit of a gamble if you have an extra noisy neighbor or if you have concerns about being the noisy neighbor. I really felt I couldn’t complain about a noisy toddler—we had a young one once, and I sympathize! As I say, it was quiet every other night of our stay. Just something to consider. Otherwise, I highly recommend this well equipped house.
