- This multi-level home offers step-free access and half bathroom on the main level. Interior stairs are required to access 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the upper level and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the lower level
- Trillium Links & Lake Club privileges are available for an additional fee ($75 per day, $350 per week, and $875 per month). This fee is paid directly to the club, not the owner. The club facilities are open from May-November. Application for amenities must be submitted prior to arrival
- RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be parked at the property
- This property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision is required when children are near the fireplaces and when children are on the deck
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people. This includes all adults & children over 6 months old
- 1 of the Smart TVs is located to the right of the fireplace
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

We love this home in the Trillium club! It is not only beautiful, but so comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything is well stocked and especially clean and in order. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces are conveniently remotely controlled and we enjoyed both. We highly recommend this home, especially if you need 3 king bedrooms each with an in-suite full bath.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. We've visited the area several times, and this was our second stay within the Trillium Club community.
The home has three Master suites, all with very nice ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances. There are two large decks (one upper with outdoor fireplace, and another on the lower level) overlooking the golf course through the tree canopy. It's quite clear the owners have put a great deal of thought and care into this home, and we greatly look forward to a return visit next year.
There was a water related issue within the community while we were there. Though we were relatively unaffected in the home, the owners and property manager checked in regularly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We could not be more impressed by them both!
