We had a very nice stay and visit with our family. The home was perfect for our needs except for a couple of things. Upon arrival we had trouble with the code to enter the home which the host responded immediately. She was very pleasant to work with and reached out to us prior to our arrival. Although the listing did state that stairs were required for access by the pictures I understood it to mean the bedrooms were upstairs. More like a townhouse. Maybe put in the listing that it’s a 2nd story apartment. My dad whom we came out to visit is 88yrs old and had a very difficult time making it upstairs. The apartment was VERY HOT when we arrived. Would suggest that the air be turned on prior to guest arrival. Took several hours to cool down. Temps were in the 100s that day. The home was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and clean. Only other suggestion would be to have broom and cleaning supplies, as I would have cleaned up a little better before departure. All that said, I would stay again and recommend to friends.

When we first pulled up to the place we looked at each other and said oh no! It's an older house and the naborhood isn't kept up. Then we got inside and we were presently surprised. It's just a very nice place. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice hot shower. Our stay was great and about half the price of hotel rooms for the whole family. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, but it did get hot at night...n loud if u have to open windows...also be careful of evolve...i was sent there via google hotel search, but while on google i asked for 3 nights, didnt notice till too late it was down to 2 nights when info transfered to evolve
