We enjoyed the condo and property, and all its amenities (pools, tennis court, basketball court, mini golf, disc golf) very much and it’s close proximity to the city of Bend.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and had all what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The pullout coach wasn't the comfiest, but it did its purpose. We had a positive experience with the condo itself. The resort is nice and has great amenities. We knew the pool and hot tub were closed due to covid which was fine. The only negative thing I would say is the condo below was having work done/remodel construction and they started about 7am on a Saturday. It wasn't too fun to be woken up by loud banging, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The apartment is well appointed and is a fantastic launching pad to explore Bend and Mt. Bachelor. The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and large enough for all. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven but it works for a small family and/or short stay. It's fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee filters, and utensils. The sleeper sofa is convenient but I found it very uncomfortable. It was probably decent at one time but its worn down to the point in which its concave in the center and you can feel every support bar. Probably okay for a child but I wouldn't recommend it for adults.
The cleanliness of the apartment was mixed. The counters and furniture were clean but the carpets were disgustingly dirty. I almost gagged when I saw finger nail clippings and dog hair all over the carpet in the living room. I got a hold of the manager and she was very nice and apologetic and had the carpets vacuumed that evening. I don't hold the manager or Evolve responsible. The dirty carpets were likely due to an incompetent cleaning crew. I would recommend this apartment to a couple or a small family.
