The home was beautiful! Cheryl has it decorated so adorable and has not left out one single touch. From walking in the door being greeted to her daughter’s homemade cookies to the fully stocked kitchen. Everything was absolutely perfect and we cannot wait to come back and enjoy the lake house again! Cheryl was also the nicest hostess I have ever come across in my many different vacation rental stays. She is a true gem of a person and we enjoyed meeting her and her family.

My wife and I had a great time at Mia’s farmhouse. The house was very clean, well furnished and was in a nice quiet area. Especially enjoyed spending time by the fire pit under the stars! Short drive into town and to Broken Bow. Initially we had an issue with the backyard lights not turning on, so I contacted Cheryl. She came immediately and got the lights working for us. Definitely recommend checking out this place if you are visiting this area!

Mia's Farmhouse Retreat is a hidden gem among accommodations in the Beavers Bend/Hochatown/Broken Bow area. Convenient, competitively priced, immaculate condition, the best you'll get for your hard earned vacation funds.
The Farmhouse is quaint, cozy, bright and shiny. Great care has been taken to ensure that all the comforts of home are provided, while providing a peaceful, tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of life! Guests are warmly greeted with snacks, custom designed cookies and other nice touches in the farmhouse. The best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in.
A firepit is located outside the house on the patio that also has a very nice gas grill.
Perfect for making S'mores while decompressing, resting, and rejuvenating!
The location is close enough to town, but far enough off the beaten path, and perfect for star gazing on a cool autumn evening.
The hostess IS the definition of hospitality! Upon meeting her, you quickly feel like you've known each other forever, and you feel like family, not just a guest in her farmhouse. We could not have special ordered a more perfect experience.
I would say to look no further for your vacation (retreat) than Mia's Farmhouse Retreat. You'll not find another like it! It's simply a dollhouse. :) We look forward to staying in the Farmhouse again in the spring!
