Each summer we visit different areas of Colorado to escape the heat of Texas. We use Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. to book a condo. Our booking this year moved over to Evolve as the managing company.
This was our first time in many years to just get a studio. We are seniors who have traveled extensively for 50 years using our time share and other rentals. The studio was OK. Not supplied typical to our experience. This was probably because it is a studio.
In the 50 years of rentals, this was the first condo that did not have a coffee pot. To be fair, it did have a Keurig to make one cup at a time. The reason explained for no coffee pot like a Mr. Coffee was a lack of space on the kitchen counter. We would disagree.
The only other thing that would be helplful would be a pizza cutter. Most families would cook pizzas and they are hard to cut with a knife. We were able to make ice, by filling a bowl and then chopping it up to put in the freezer. It would be nice to have a plastic ice cube tray.
The location at Snowmass was a good one. Convenient to the area shuttle, and both the upper and lower Snowmass base areas. If you like to hike or bike, plus sight see, come to Snowmass in the summer. If you have children, the top area at Snowmass has a great area for them to play. You do have to pay to get up there. The best deal is the 3 day gondola Pass which lets you go up and down the Snowmass Gondola or the Aspen Mountain Gondola as many times and you want.
The condo was stocked with lots of information about the area.
We did not use the upper loft. It is designed more for guest less than 5 ft. 8 inches.
The bed was comfortable.
It is on the 3rd floor, but even for us 81 years olds, we just took our time up and down. The first day getting the luggage up there was interesting since we were not acclimated.
We were a little concerned about stepping in and out of the tub, since there was no rubber mat and the tub can be slippery. We put down a washcloth on the bottom of the bub to minimize slipping. Stepping out, we tried to use the edge of the shower or the top of the toilet for stability. We are used to a walk in shower, so we did have to be careful. At our age, falling is not an option.

To echo other reviews, the location can’t be beat. Less than 200 yards to the Fanny Hill trail that takes you to the base lifts. If you turn right out of the condo towards the hotel you don’t even need to use any stairs. The Snowmass mall is two flights of stairs down and the bus stop to Aspen and the other mountains is equally as close.
The condo was super clean with a well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. The provided toiletries are a nice touch. Absolutely would stay here in the future.

This condo is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, making it an ideal spot for a small group planning a skiing getaway. It’s also conveniently close to numerous restaurants and shops, all within a short stroll. The price was reasonable, the studio was clean and well-maintained, and the representative was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions, including those about checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely consider returning for another trip!

My husband and I booked this property to stay in while he ran the Aspen Marathon over the weekend and we're so very glad we did. This place is quiet, large, charming, and came equipped with basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, kitchen utensils, etc.
One of the BEST parts of this condo are the amenities. It came with a pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna that were mere steps away from where we were staying. They were impeccably maintained and set to the perfect temperature. We used the amenities multiple times over the weekend and we had them all to ourselves. I can't imagine it would be like that in the winter time, but Aspen is a big summer destination for me so we were pleasantly surprised!
The only suggestions I would give to this owner would be to invest in some type of portable A/C unit. This unit does not come with air conditioning, which normally would be fine, but there was a heat wave over the weekend and it made sleeping very difficult - even with the windows open and the fans on full blast. We were very thankful that fans were provided, but I feel it could really elevate the experience here in the summertime when it gets a little too hot for comfort.
Additionally, the bed was large (King Size) but very firm. I can imagine people who enjoy firm beds would love this (which I normally do) but I found it too firm for my husband and I, and it made sleeping a bit difficult.
Overall, wonderful stay - we would not hesitate to come back here at any point!
