We were visiting Ruidoso for the first time and had no idea what area would be best to stay and thus was perfect! We were centrally located between the racetrack and the downtown area and Ski Apache was about 8 miles away. The condo was clean and spacious and our favorite part was the patio! The only thing I would say as constructive criticism is that I wish they had provided ample linens as there were only 4 towels for three adults for a three night stay. We will definitely be back!

This Condo was everything we wanted it to be and so much more. It was our first visit to Ruidoso and it did not disappoint. The town itself was one of the most gorgeous places we have ever seen! The central location of the condo was perfect! It was near all of the main attractions in the city but still felt private and secluded. We relaxed by the beautiful fireplace in the evenings and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the night stars on the back deck. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast every morning which we also enjoyed on the back deck while breathing in the crisp mountain air and viewing the snowcapped mountains in the distance. We cannot wait for a return trip to Ruidoso and staying in this condo in the future! We highly recommend it!

Everything you would want in YOUR home to prepare a meal is there, plus dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer/dryer, comfy blankets, great view from right size deck. Only complaint is no instructions on how to gain access to HULU, Netflix downstairs on huge TV, but easy access to all upstairs in Master Bdrm...
