This property is very clean and nice. The owner is promptly responded on questions. I had been staying in this private area a couple of times. I strongly recommend it.

Our extended family stayed in both the main house and guest house. We loved the privacy and close proximity to a family wedding in Morgan Hill. The large house was great as a home base, and we liked the convenience of cooking breakfast and not having to go out for every meal. It is a lovely private and quiet property with a gated entrance. The deck, gorgeous courtyard and outdoor areas are so lovely at night with all the lights on! The owners were very quick to send out help when we first checked in and the water was not working, and fixed the issue immediately. Previous comments had mentioned the a/c and WiFi not being reliable, but that definitely been fixed as the a/c and the wifi worked perfectly. Thank, Joey and Nita for a great stay!

We had such a delightful stay. The rooms were as described and the common areas more than fit our needs. The fruit trees provided lovely snackies. Other than the intermittent Wi-Fi, we had no issues.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever had to come back to this region.
