Good location, cute condo. Had a few issues.. floor was dirty so I swept.. not sure it was completely cleaned.. the sofa bed is pretty worn and old so it would be good to replace it.. it’s very uncomfortable and sinks to sit on. Otherwise it was clean and would stay again. They were accommodating and offered to have someone come clean.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Whitecap Beach! The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect fit for us with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and the proximity to the pristine beach. We had a great, relaxing, fun time and will definitely be renting the condo in the future! Thank you, Jonathan (owner and guest contact), for your hospitality and accommodations. We truly appreciate you and all you did to make sure we had a lovely time at White Cap Beach!

Our experience was fine. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment since we had family staying nearby in a much larger apartment where we could all gather.
This apartment was as described, though it seemed a bit "thin" on amenities that I've grown to expect from stays at other privately-owned residences (ie: VRBOs). I did expect there to be shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent available (not the tiny bottles that one expects to get in a hotel). We did purchase inexpensive hangers since there were none available (we left the hangers in the closet).
I'd like to suggest that the owner provide a floor lamp in the living area for those who like to read (me!). The small table lamp and the overhead lights in the kitchen area did not provide enough light for reading.
