We booked the house again after having such a lovely stay last year. Once again the house met all of our needs, comfortable, conveniently located to Sugarbush, cozy beds and warm furnishing and lots of natural light! We will be back again!

We have stayed in many places over the years - this is by far our favorite! The house is clean, comfortable and so nicely laid out! The gardens are lovely and the lawn was perfect for croquet, cornhole and slip and slide - everyone was very happy! Nice picnic area for grilling and s’mores at night. The bedrooms are all downstairs and very spacious - we all thought we each had the nicest room! Upstairs is the living area and it felt a bit like being in a tree-house as you looked out over the grounds, with a nice deck off the living roomfor AM coffee while listening to the birds!
Near shopping, bridge jumping, river floating, and a lot of good restaurants/coffee shops, this was our second time here and we’ll be hoping to reserve it again next year.
So much to do in the Mad River Valley!!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful spacious home. Becky checked in with us before arrival and was available for any needs during our stay. The beds, linens, furnishing, etc were all very nice. We can’t wait to go back!

This house was wonderful!!! Large open floor plan with kitchen opening to beautiful family room with windows on all sides overlooking trees and wildlife. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and luxurious linens. Beautiful setting. Short 30 minute drive to Norwich University so this was an ideal location for us to enjoy our sons sporting events and graduation. Host was wonderful to work with and responded quickly when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again.
