Place was exactly as advertised...minutes from Lincoln plaza / shops and restaurants area as well as hiking spots in Franconia.
Hosts extremely responsive leading up to the date of stay. Would highly recommend and stay again if opportunity comes up.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo very comfortable. Nice location, balcony facing woods. Short drive to Lincoln. Good host communication. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Located just outside the state park boundary on Route 3, it provides quick and easy access to and from numerous hiking trails and other attractions. The condo's furnishings are dated but not shabby and all is well-maintained and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Only lacking A/C for the warm days but ceiling fans and a breeze box fan kept the temperature inside moderated. Would definitely considered staying here again.

Location is excellent. Close to alot of things to do. The owners of the unit were very responsive and gave us great advice on attractions and places to eat. Our little one loved the bunk bed. Beds were super comfortable. The condo was extremely clean. The pool area we didn't get a chance to use much due to the weather but when we did my little one enjoyed it.
We will definitely be back next year.
