The separate single-story bunkhouse, which includes Bedroom 3 and the 3rd bathroom, offers step-free entry - The main house sleeps 4 guests in 2 queen beds. A separate bunkhouse sleeps an additional 4 guests in 2 twin bunk beds - Bedroom 3 and the third bathroom are located in a detached bunkhouse. The bunkhouse does not have air conditioning; only the main house is air conditioned. The bunkhouse is best suited for young adults or children - The property may not be suitable for young children due to the yard not being fenced from the lake. Adult supervision is advised - Boating conditions are typically best between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Outside of these dates, water levels may be too low for boating. The dock may also be temporarily unavailable due to natural water level changes since it is located on a dam - During ice or snow conditions, vehicles without four-wheel drive may become stuck at the bottom of the driveway. When conditions are icy or snowy, please use the parking spaces in the upper parking area - Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras.
