We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and check in was easy. Steve was great communicating throughout the process. The townhome is easy to get to, with parking right outside the front door. The place is in great shape, you can tell the owners put a lot of pride in making it an outstanding retreat. The floors are new, the beds are comfortable, and the sunrise on the back deck overlooking the water is amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds, the grill was full of propane, And we enjoyed playing card and board games that were provided. As mentioned in other reviews, we had the entire dock to ourselves. The swim platform and chairs, tables down by the water were much appreciated. We stayed sun- wed and the water was calm, boatIng in and out was easy with a nice cove to tube and relax on right there. We recommend this place and hope to be back next year! Thanks for letting us enjoy your townhome.

Townhouse was awesome. We were lucky enough to have the dock to ourselves. It was great because we were there for only a few days and spent the majority of time on the dock. Plenty of room and there was a ladder to jump off into the water and another ladder for help out of the water. The steps going down to the docks could use an added handrail for support but overall stay was very positive.
