We rented this house along with a few friends for the weekend. We had a great time and the house fit our needs perfectly. It had a spacious yard and easy access to the water. It was only a few minutes from beach access and restaurants too. My only complaint is that the water in the house has a strong odor to it. Otherwise, it was wonderful!!

Communication for our stay was excellent. The view from the home was relaxing. the home is a little older but nice space and touches. Plenty of supplies to make it easy to cook if you want to stay in. We had a great time listening to the juke box while playing pool!

Bathrooms and beds are well kept and clean. Everything else was quite dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, dishes in cabinets were dirty and did not appear to be cleaned before put away. Grill was not one in photo and only a single burner worked.
Great view, quiet location and game room was a good bonus to the property.

When we booked the listing said nice pathway to beach access (obviously they have since changed the listing) when we got there to our surprise NO access! 9-10 foot drop off!! 7in tall grass that made the kids itchy when they tried to play in the yard.. We booked our family vacation there excited to have a week with our kids and grandkids and got a huge let down!
