House and neighborhood were great. Went to spring training games, hiked, and opening day baseball at Chase Field. Great location, most things we did you could get to in less than 30 mins. House had everything we need for a great spring break trip. Backyard was amazing and we loved relaxing there. We had one question during our trip and Brandon answered it immediately. Would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The backyard was an oasis. Our stay revolved around our grandson’s graduation from ASU. This house was a quick 10 minute walk from their home, making it an ideal find.
My only disappointments were the lack of a functioning ice maker in the refrigerator and the lack of sturdy lounge chairs by the beautiful pool ( there was 1 and it was ready to break). We would have loved to enjoy our morning coffee and a night time drink lounging by the pool. Please buy some sturdy lounge chairs for the next couple/family who rent this home.
Overall, we were pleased and would not hesitate to use Evolve again

The house was in a great location for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Owners provided a pack and play for our infant. The property was spacious and clean. The pool was on the cold side, it looked like it could be heated? Also, there are a lot trees providing shade for the pool and adjacent area, but those trees dropped a lot of debris into the pool. There was no pool skimmer for us to use to clean it out. A pool cleaner did come one night, but we were not notified they would come until we saw someone in the backyard. We offered him a beer, he declined. There was a fountain in the pool that worked the first night and the rest of the time it did not. The hot tub was nice to use after getting out of the cold pool. Having the garage available would have been nice, but the door to it was locked. The dryer also worked sporadically but was nice to be able to do laundry when traveling with children.

Pool was not heated and therefore unusable. I asked on Dec 7th if the pool was heated and got a response it was. That was disappointing to say the least. All in all it was okay but the niceties we have experienced in rentals in Phoenix before just were not there.
