What a wonderful get-away! Everything we could possibly need was provided. The space was clean, well organized and inviting. Host even provided a goodie bag and the ingredients for s'mores over the backyard fire pit.
Trails surrounding the house were great for our dogs (2). They begged to go on walks (usually have an aversion to walks at home). They explored and explored.
High recommendations for this property and would love to rent again!

We stayed here for 2 nights while in the area to attend a wedding. The cottage is very lovely - the pictures do not do it justice. It is very, very clean, very nicely decorated and the host has many extra special touches like a bag of goodies and fixings for s'mores, shampoos and soaps. She was great at communicating, staying in touch and allowed us an early check-in and late check-out.
My reasons for not giving a 5 star rating, there is no A/C which is tough for sleeping on a Michigan summer night, and also there are no closets or dressers. This is fine for a weekend stay, but for a longer stay I would not want to have to live out of my suitcase.
The host is a great host and the cottage is very lovely!
