The cabin was beautiful and clean. We loved having our own little beach and dock to swim in.
Just an fyi the "sofa sleeper" is a couch with 2 recliners in it not a full pull out bed.

I stayed here with my small dog for a week and really enjoyed my stay. The setting is beautiful, right on the Hudson. However, there's constant, loud traffic right across the river, so while it's lovely, during the day it's never quiet outside. (It's quiet inside.) The cabin is right next to the village of Corinth, not close to the village of Lake Luzerne. The cabin is old and a bit shabby but very clean and very well equipped, with excellent appliances. (Only thing missing was a sponge for dishes!) Great shower, great hot water pressure. The road on which the cabin is located is quiet, a narrow one-way with little traffic. People in the area are very friendly. Also very cool is the property slopes into the river with a little beach, and has a lovely floating dock. Great for adults or teens but might be a hazard for toddlers. Furniture is old (one armchair broke as soon as I sat in it) and not comfortable. One double bed had a foam topper and was great, the other hard was as a rock. Communication with the owner was terrible (like, non-existent) until I contacted Evolve (who were great) and then she responded to me right away. Best fun in the area is Moreau State Park with huge beach on a beautiful lake and lovely hiking trails -- it also has a beautiful boat launch in another area and several other trailheads visible on Google maps. Lake Luzerne not worth the trip, a more upscale town but the lake has almost no access. I did feel I was charged excessively for my dog because there were two insurance fees. Overall this was a good, lower cost rental I could afford and worked out well for me.

Great place to stay right on the river. Beautiful view. Cozy cabin. Great spot for day trips to Lake George and Saratoga Springs.

We were up in the cabin for 4 nights it was a Celebration for one of our son’s birthday. The cabin is in a great spot, nice and quiet, with lots of action on the water. The deck is lovely with plenty of seating and shade.
However, the living room needs all new furniture, and rug. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were clean with plenty of storage. The only complaint they need are new blinds for the windows.
I would have given 4 stars except it really needs a good cleaning in the kitchen and a restocking of utensils.
The screened in room had the best chair, however, the door jamb needs to be planed to close properly.
We would definitely go back if it had new living room furniture.
