My little family of 4 stayed here for the second time this past weekend so we could attend a car show. The cabin was very clean and well thought out. There were some goodies to snack on and Royce Ann had the pull out bed made for my boys when we arrived. If you can, make sure to get yourself a little something to drink and watch the sun set - it's a beautiful show. Afterward, we watched the stars. The cabin itself has everything you need for a short stay - but most surprisingly is the room. For a tiny cabin, there is plenty of room to move around! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Nestled in the heart of tranquility, Sunnyside Bed-and-Breakfast is the epitome of charm and serenity. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an ambiance that can only be described as quaint and incredibly inviting. The attention to detail in maintaining the establishment’s cleanliness and cuteness was evident in every corner. The quiet surroundings provided a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a fantastic experience to witness the night sky from Sunnyside; the clear view of the stars felt like a gateway to the universe, adding a magical touch to our stay. Sunnyside Bed-and-Breakfast is more than just a place to stay; it’s a delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression. We are already looking forward to our next visit, assured in the knowledge that a peaceful retreat awaits us at Sunnyside. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

This was my first time ever trying a Home Rental that was not a hotel, and I will say that it was the best decision to make! The cozy home, was great and a 6+ Star for the extra things that Royce’s goes to ensure Everything is set. The sunset view is outstanding, and throughout the stay we had visitors, Pancho (horse), Betsy and her friends (cows) and Bambi! We were lucky to have gone during Lunar eclipse and the view was beautiful to see all the stars for onces! Overall the place is great for a couple or family getaway and really close to plenty of vineyards. I will be recommending to my family and friends! Thank you for making the his trip great.

We came to Fredericksburg for a painting workshop and wanted to stay somewhere exciting and found this charming, beautiful place. It was exactly 10 minutes from town but it was a beautiful drive! Everything is beautiful! This place was decorated to make you feel right at home. Fresh fruit and microwave popcorn on the kitchen table and a box of pastries from the local bakery waiting for us in the morning. A bottle of wine. The refrigerator even had some essentials just in case. Everything was Superb, and clean. A top priority for us. The sunrise and sunsets are truly remarkable here. It’s quite and peaceful. The deer, birds and scenery, I couldn’t get enough of it. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay at this place! Don’t hesitate on looking elsewhere. You won’t regret staying at this ranch.

This was a very nice, well-maintained property that was just big enough to stretch out and relax. The back yard faces off into the trees and up the hill, the front porch has a grand view of the Hill Country. Very few passing cars, definitely not city traffic, no jet noise, and (for me) no trains! We had a visit from the cattle while we were there (watch your step in the front yard), and if you find yourself awake at dawn, carefully check the backyard for visitors - the deer come right up to the fence. I spread a bag of deer corn around, and counted at least 12 deer on day 3. The house has a TV and Blu-ray player, but we never turned it on. The kitchen has all the standard equipment you would need for a few days' stay, but nothing fancy. Some condiments and bottled water were provided. There's a grill out back. We spent most of the daylight hours in Fredericksburg, just a short hop away. The shower is small, but workable. I would go back, and would love to see it in springtime.

My friends and I went to Fredericksburg for a girls trip. We were blown away with how amazing this little cabin was. The host was so nice and had everything set up for us and had the kitchen stock with food! She truly went above what we were expecting. We didn’t know what exactly to do in Fredericksburg, so we asked the host and she gave us good recommendations!! One of our mornings, we sat outside and saw a horse! Then our last morning, we saw a herd of cows right outside the back porch. It was so amazing! We absolutely loved this cabin and can’t say enough great things about it! We will DEFINITELY be back soon!!

This property was gorgeous and had everything the three of us needed and more! The house was stocked with the essentials, as well as snacks and fresh pastries. We appreciated the quiet surrounding and enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard one morning. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Fredericksburg.
