I loved this condo so much last year that I rented it again this year. I love the decor and the screened-in balcony with a beach and pool view. The complex replaced the boardwalks to the beach, making it much easier to take a wagon to carry your beach stuff (no stairs).

This condo was a wonderful place to stay at the beach. We’ve been to Harbor Island before so we knew what to expect as far as the tide and the walk to the beach. Not that bad in all honesty. The condo had pretty much everything thing you needed for your stay! Had plenty of trash bags, paper towels, cookware, etc. So glad it was animal friendly because our pet loved it there! He loved the screened in patio, especially! I asked my husband, daughter, and niece if they had anything negative to say about this place and all they said is that they wish they could stay longer!! The only thing that confused me a bit was the washer/dryer situation, but it was all good after I emailed the host. The washer/dryer is shared by the tenants on the same floor. Oh, and speaking of emailing the host, she was SUPER quick to respond! Very thankful for that. I would also say if you’re bringing more than 2 people to stay here, might want to pack a couple more beach chairs. They provided 2 and an umbrella, but we should have brought a couple more chairs.
All in all, it was a great week and we plan to stay here again next year!

There were some great things and some not so great things. The great thing was it had a great view. We spent so much time on the patio looking at the ocean. The place was cute but it had too much furniture. I did like that it had a 1/2 bath on top of the full bath which was helpful for our family of 4. The place doesn't really sleep 4. The master bedroom does sleep 2 but the pull out couch didn't really fit our 6' 14-year old son and our 5-year old daughter. Luckily we brought an air mattress for our daughter. The place felt like an investment property and not a place that had memories. My husband and I rent out our cabin through this same company and we were advised to have a guest book, which we provide. In ours it is has so many local restaurants, things to do in the area, and things to know about our cabin. There was nothing like this and so it was hard to find places to eat, especially on a Sunday and at first it was hard to find how to connect to the wi-fi. In our cabin, we provide coffee to our guests through a Kuerig and also a coffee maker since it is remote. Since the closest coffee place is 10 miles away from this condo, it would nice if this was an added feature. Sadly I was under the assumption since we provide coffee that everyone does and it was very difficult to get coffee every day. Finally, I feel like we overpaid for our place for the 3 days that we stayed. I have already booked something for 7/4/22 in Hilton Head, for more days and it is considerably less expensive than what I paid for this past Labor Day Weekend for this particular condo.
