This was a perfect place for us to utilize. Everything was as listed, and it was easy to get to. Had everything you needed. The only feedback is that most places let you check in after 3 pm and check out by 11 am. I would have appreciated a later check out time so I could fully enjoy my time and not have to wake up and immediately start packing.

Condo was fairly easy to locate, good location. Well stocked, comfortable, and well appointed. The overall condo building is a cute and quaint place. We kept wondering what it might have been like "back in the day". The place appeared bigger in the photos which is rather normal and not an issue. The deck is small and yet sufficient for two chairs. Every now and then, we could hear the residents in the floor above. We'd rebook!

Bare minimum. That's the theme of this condo. On the upside, both beds were comfortable. Plenty of TV viewing options. Heat works fine.On the downside, the listing said there were some toiletries. None, other than open bag of epsom salts. It also said some spices/kitchen stuff. Some chicken rub, yes, but no salt and pepper, which is a pretty basic ask. Emailed the lack of salt/pepper to owner who said "they must have run out." No plastic bags, no aluminum foil, no plastic wrap. Also, no dishwasher soap although they give you only six knives, six forks, six spoons. So clearly you are going to need to do dishes on the reg. Emailed about lack of dishwasher soap and was told cleaning crew would leave some. Three days later, they left dish soap but not for the dishwasher. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. We booked it for a full week. Four towels per bathroom, and none provided at hot tubs. Also, no bath mats so step out of the shower onto a cold tile floor unless you want to waste one of your precious towels on it.Not under the owner's control, but there are three hot tubs in the clubhouse. One was broken the entire time. The second stopped working five days in and by the weekend all three were down. If the owners want better reviews, splurge with a $50 or so shopping trip to Walmart or Dollar General for a couple of cheap bathmats, some extra silverware, a few more towels, and some freaking salt and pepper. We have been renting condos/townhomes/homes for years in Summit County and our expectations are not out of line.
