Because the lake on this property is a reservoir, the lake level will be brought down to a certain level at the end of summer - NOTE: Use of the dock, the lake and any recreational activities are at your own risk. Use of lifejackets are required when near lake or dock. The trail to the lake is moderately steep and unmaintained, use at your own risk. During the winter months due to extreme cold, the concrete areas could be slick, use with extreme caution. The rock walls are part of the landscaping. Do not walk or play upon them, this could damage the landscaping and/or cause injury - NOTE: The plumbing uses a macerating toilet system that does make some noise when water is used. The sink, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, and toilet may be used one at a time
