The condo was located centrally and it was convenient to get around SLC. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils and the space was well put together. However, the unit is above a club so for the main "going out" nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) it was very loud and the unit shook with the bass / music / chatter that you could hear right outside the windows, so it was not possible to sleep until all the commotion died down around 2:30am each night. If you're out anyways, it wouldn't matter but if you're looking to sleep early, this is not the location for you. Also, the beds were located under the AC vents (since the beds are in a "second level" above the kitchen) so the air blowing out is also very loud, so definitely be aware if you book here as I had issues sleeping with all the noise outside and inside. But the host is responsive and nice.

What a unique space. It was decorated beautifully, well thought out and located perfectly in the city. Our only complaint is the smell of the elevator.

Great location, easy to walk to a lot of the central Bars and Restaurants. Also walked to the Capitol building. Loved the apartment, really well fitted out.

We loved staying so close to everything, we just had one hiccup.
When we arrived we realized that the place had not been cleaned. We had to find sheets and change the beds and we also had to get clean towels.
Evolve said they would reimburse us for one night stay and the cleaning fee but we have not seen that come through yet.
