Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed - If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive - NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay - You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended - Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area - DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property
