I had a great stay. The water is very close. Walking was great air conditioning was nice and cool kitchen with all the facilities was great too. Had a good time.

West of the Moon was very close to the beach, with walking distance. The condo was nice and clean and smelled so fresh. Felt very comfortable and it had everything we need for our stay.
Peaceful neighborhood. The host ( Joel) was very accommodating. Called to check on us to see if everything was ok and to our satisfaction.
Definitely recommend to stay at West of the Moon.

The plus side of this property is location! The location was fantastic! The property manager was always available and helpful. The building itself was in desperate need of repairs.
The natural hardwood stairs were very creaky and loud, the floors were weak it various areas although they looked new. The appliances were extremely old and needed to be replaced! There wasn't one pot in the place and the pans we did find were old and black. There were no large bowls to use to put anything cooked food in to serve. There were no crackpot or frying pans. The kitchen was lacking a lot to a cooking family.
There was a big gap under one section of the lower cabinets which would pose a threat to any small pets along with the stairs. There were no floor cleaning supplies which made it hard to keep them clean of sand. We went and bought a broom to help with this issue.
The bathroom was in need of some repairs. The shower head had no water pressure and and the toilet as well which made it difficult to flush without the use of a plunger.
The beds were ok, but really needed replacing. The kids bedroom door didn't shut.
There were no ceiling lights at all which poses a danger.
There were very limited supply of linings, one kitchen towel and cloth, 4 bath towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. There were no additional toilet paper and Papertowels. When we arrived there was a half roll of toilet paper with an extra one roll and same for Papertowels.
The place was not the cleanest. Killed a couple of roaches and spiders.
The view was awesome! The walk to the beach was doable and short. The area was awesome.
If this place had been updated with a fully functional kitchen and other updates to some other issues listed above we would rate this place a 5 star! And would definitely stay here again! But as it is right now we can only give a 3 star review and no we would not stay here again.
