We had an incredible time here. The place was so clean, bed were so very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the place was gorgeous. Robert was very responsive to questions that came up, and I can’t think of a way that our stay could be improved. Thank you for having us!

Pros:
-Beautiful home in gorgeous, quiet location. The floor plan is excellent for families. The neighborhood clubhouse is an additional benefit, particularly if you have children who need to get their energy out at the pool.
Cons:
-Lack of true local contact/property manager if needed. There were multiple times we needed to contact a property manager, which was extremely difficult. No local contact information was included in our Evolve account. I called the number listed online and had to obtain the local contact info through a customer service agent. Once we called the contact, it became evident that this was the cleaning staff and not a true property manager. You can file a concern online w/Evolve, but don't expect a timely response.
-In the middle of our stay, we came home after a day of skiing hoping to relax in the hot tub only to find it had been drained and was undergoing maintenance and out of use for 24 hours. Completely understand and appreciate that hot tubs require maintenance, however, it would have been appreciated if this was communicated to us, particularly as the private hot tub was one of the reasons we booked this home.
-Cleaning staff was not done until 5:10pm despite a 4pm check in time (we arrived at 4:20pm). May not be a big deal to some people, but we had tired and hungry kids from skiing all day and were ready to check in and get dinner going.
-Overall cleanliness was lacking in this home. Hair in the bedding, showers and bathroom sinks, dirty kitchen counters and floors, dust piled in thick layers on the bedroom ceiling fan, multiple places where urine was surrounding the hot tub on the snowy patio. The home could benefit from a good deep clean.
Overall, this home is beautiful, but the lack of property management was extremely frustrating for us. We would rent another home in this neighborhood for our next trip to Summit County, but will absolutely steer clear of any property managed by Evolve in the future.
