Condo was very clean and cheerful. Close to everything. Nice safe neighborhood. Two bathrooms and nice kitchen. Beautiful outdoor pool.

Karen and I have spent 3 winters here from cold Iowa and just wanted to share our experiences.
Brian and Margaret have a lovely, quiet, comfortable condo in Naples and this little community is so special to many of us. The people that live here and many guests have become our friends and we miss them when we have to leave each year.
The condo is close to downtown and golf courses and shopping.
The pool area is always available and with the new BBQ added it makes enjoying that space even more enjoyable
You don't need to bring anything to this condo, it has everything you need ( except personal items ). Every amenity you need is here.
We especially love how quiet this area is at night, sleeping with your windows open allows cool breezes with no noise of the busy downtown.
We had to stop coming due to health reasons but we LOVE this little piece of paradise in Naples.

Alex and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our second time there and we love the warmth and welcoming attitude from other home owners and guests.
This property is super clean and well equipped with all the amenities to satisfy any need. Just steps away from a clean well kept pool and BBQ area.
The proximity to downtown was perfect for us . Close enough to get their quickly and yet far enough to come home to a quiet peaceful condo to be able to relax
We can't wait for another chance to go back and visit this little gem in Naples

We have been coming to this complex for roughly 10 years as my wife's aunt used to live there until her passing, so we were excited when this unit became available and the pictures looked great. We were not all that impressed with the unit it was not all that clean and is really in need of some repairs. Ant traps on all corners of the kitchen countertops that did not work on all the very tiny bugs that were there. One bathroom sink stopper was not working but we figured it out. Master bath shower had dirty caulking, the drywall is cracking and the tape joint is in need of repair, base boards were dirty everywhere and return air grills and exhaust fans were all dirty. Outside the pool was never cleaned the entire time we were there, dirt on the bottom and stuff floating in it everyday, one day someone came and hosed off the chairs and that was it. Really sad because we love the complex very familiar the the Naples area around it and would have loved to come back.
