The condo is wonderful. Everything even better than in the pictures. The owner, Justo, sent us a very helpful list of information and suggestions and was extremely responsive to our questions. My husband was impressed with how up-to-date the appliances, lighting, TVs, etc. were--he got some ideas to implement at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all necessities and many extras. A variety of beach amenities were available to use. The pools are lovely and the beach just steps away. The condo is very secure, quiet, and the garden has a variety of trees, flowers, etc. We stayed 10 days and were very sorry to have to leave.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this condo. The photos of the listing are accurate and we found everything to be as described. The complex was lovely and well kept. The pool was nice and the quiet beach was just a stroll away. The condo itself was well equipped, there were plenty of beach towels and bath towels. There were also beach chairs, coolers, a beach cart, boogie/surf boards, etc. The full size washer and dryer were also very convenient. We usually had breakfast at home and were out for lunch and dinner, but the kitchen seemed to be equipped if you wanted to cook at the condo. The condo was comfortable and roomy. It felt like we were staying at the home of a friend.We liked the location of the condo for exploring the area. It was about 30 minutes to San Juan, about 30-40 minutes to El Yunque, 25 minutes to Luquillo Beach, and about 40 minutes to Fajardo. There's a lot to do or you can relax and not drive anywhere! Justo, the owner, was very welcoming, responsive, and available by text. Check in and check out were very easy. Justo answered questions about the condo, area restaurants, booking a BioBay kayak trip, and transporting the boards with our car. We did have some issues with the air conditioning units. Justo was responsive and sent the repair person several times, but it still a bit warm at times. The repair person was was scheduled to return. Fortunately we had beautiful weather and the ceiling fans worked well.Access to the complex overall seemed well controlled, and we felt secure and safe the whole time.Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again. Needs a deep cleaning, had to mop water for 2 days, heavy rains came in windows which need replacing. Furniture very uncomfortable having bamboo furniture in main space which should have been on second floor which had nothing other than a bar. Rooftop deck no furniture so useless. No instructions how to work TV, air conductors, fans etc. I would never rent here again. The beach was also nasty tree limbs every where no real nice sand. The best of this place is the pool area. Owner does not take pride in this condo for certain. I was very disappointed, my friends rented from air BB one complex over for 600.00 less and there place fabulous and nicely furnished with 2 covered areas with furniture. Something to think about.
