Absolutely best place to stay ever! We love waterway village in general but this unit was amazing! Decorating was beautiful, very clean and it had everything you could have needed! I actually wouldn’t have even needed to bring anything! Unlike most units the furniture was so comfy! The beds were amazing I wish I could have taken them home! Would absolutely stay in the this unit again!

From the very start right after booking Sandi messaged me to give me details about my stay and was very helpful with the booking process. She was very attentive throughout my stay and answered any questions I had. Talking to her was so easy I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend! If I could I’d give her 10 STARS just for being a great host. The property was absolutely gorgeous from the entrance which is gated and you need a key card to get in, to the turtle pond out front that has a nice bridge going across it. There’s also a pier over the intercostal that’s lit up at night and gives a romantic feel. Walking into Casa Tindi (the condo) gives everything the pictures do and more! Sandi left us welcome gifts and a bottle of wine in the fridge which was much needed after a 8 hour drive with 3 kids. The living room is beautiful and gives a beach house feel with a view of the golf course that lights up blue and pink when the sun is setting. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need in it to make your meals (except the food of course). There’s an Alexa in the dining room & main bedroom that plays music and turns the tvs off and on (I’m sure it does more but that’s all I used it for) I LOVED Alexa playing music while I was cooking. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the shower heads are A1 with about 5 different spray functions. Every room was shiny and clean when we came in and it smelled like it was just cleaned. There was absolutely no sign of any previous guests staying there. The little touches like the Alexa, the sound machine, the welcome book with all the best places to go in it, and the board games were very appreciated and they all came in handy. I also loved that cleaning supplies were provided like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets and Lysol wipes. The neighborhood is very quiet and every neighbor we met was extremely nice and welcoming. The outdoor pool was so warm and relaxing with a view of the intercostal. Overall my WHOLE experience was absolutely amazing and I can’t think of any other way that I could of spent my birthday/ family vacay! THANKS AGAIN SANDI YOUR THE BEST!!!! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

My family enjoyed our stay on this property and in this rental. The property is gated and boasts a well-maintained grounds. The outdoor pool is massive— spacious for adults and kids alike. The hot tub is a nice bonus and both overlook a waterway for a scenic view. There is an indoor pool but we used the outdoor pool during our stay.
The rental itself is fully updated and well appointed with everything for you need. Granite countertops in the kitchen, large tvs in each room, comfortable beds, and good quality furnishings are capped off by attractive decorations.
The hosts are very accessible and thoughtful. Everything is labeled with easy to follow directions, but they respond quickly if any issues arise. I highly recommend this rental!
