I loved this house sitting under a canopy of live oaks. It is close to several popular restaurants on 30a and is dog friendly!

We enjoyed our time at 44 Vickie street, right across from a nice local eatery, Local Catch. Very shorty walk from Goatfeather seafood mkt and restaurant, home of oyster mania. Quick walk to the beach. The house has a nice gated courtyard area for drinking morning coffee and catching up on news or reading. Also there is good size back patio area with a grill. Lots of the needed pots pans etc. We ate in on several occasions. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed being so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants with my daughters and grandkids. The house was spacious for all 7 of us to enjoy and not be on top of each other and allowing us to have quiet time in our own rooms. Nice yard! Only downside is the mosquitos we really bad in the yard that we could not enjoy it. Recommend bug spray and citronella candles.

The fact that this home is pet friendly originally drew us to this home and it was convenient to the home the rest of our family rented for the week. The courtyard was amazing! The home had all the amenities needed. The central location was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this home for your next 30a vacay!
