First, I could not say enough about our guest contact person, Brooklyn Arden. She made our vacation so enjoyable with her advice and help with any questions we had. The cabin was perfect for us, and we found it clean and with everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again. I just hope that we get another chance to have Brooklyn as our guest contact. She was the BEST!!! Thanks again, Brooklyn, for going that extra mile for us!!!

Very happy to spend our Anniversary in the peaceful cabin away from the crowds. I wish the check out had been 11:00 when Dollywood opens. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for me. The jets in our tub didn’t work but the hot tub on the deck was fantastic! I will recommend to our friends. Very relaxing getaway!

Negatives 1. Coffee maker did not work. 2. Hot tub was slimy on the bottom. 3. Wife complained of not enough pots for cooking. 4. Ice maker was broken. Positives. 1. Cozy little cabin like we wanted. 2. Situated at the end of the road for more seclusion. 3. We were able to view baby bear cubs from the outside deck on the first evening. 4. Televisions were easy to use with the remotes provided.
