We had a great time at the condo. Everything was clean, communication was fantastic, felt safe, and had a beautiful view. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for a great stay, it was perfect for our family.

Jim is an excellent host. Very attentive and passionate about having a property as nice as this. We have stayed here 2 years running and plan to continue. I can’t say enough good things about this setup. Thanks again Jim! Look forward to staying with you again.

My wife and I stayed here for what was to be a week. The weather was very warm (nearly 60F) and the conditions were bad for snowboarding during our entire stay during mid-February. While I can’t hold that against the property, there were a range of little items that are not what we expected given what we paid. Perhaps we focused more on them because we spent more time in the unit - and would have noticed less if we were exhausted from time on the mountain.
When we arrived, we were greeted with dog poo and cigarette butts littering the grassy area next to the driveway. While I am sure from prior renters or even neighbors, I would expect that this is something that should be cleaned up. In addition, there were popcorn kernels on the floor, a dirty kitchen chair and crumbs, and other items between the couch seats. Perhaps just a one time miss by the cleaning crew.
The property itself is very functional and well-kept, with a fully stocked kitchen and 1 ½ common areas (the second small area on the first floor would work well for kids - especially in the summer). However, all of the bathroom tubs (including the soaking tub in the MBR) did not have plugs installed, so it was not possible to fill them. Same for ½ of the sinks in the bathrooms. The MBR shower door would not close, and the MBR toilet room’s ceiling light was out (I would have tried to replace myself but I did not have a step stool or ladder).
While the property is listed as ski-in/ski-out, the resort closed the Southwind left which directly services this unit about ½ way into our stay because of the poor snow conditions. While not the fault of the owner, etc. - this made the unit not a “ski-in / ski-out” property as described in the listing for ½ of our weekly stay.
The property is also listed as having access to a pool and hot tub - we tried to locate them, but upon arrival to the community center it appears that they are outside only, and were not open - so no hot tub (even though the property description says you can soak after a day on the slopes - but then a later note says only open May to September?). Perhaps there is another hot tub which we could not find - but note - unlike some other units in Southwind, this unit does not have a personal hot tub (but to be clear, is not listed as such).
Overall, very much a meh stay for us. For the premium paid we would just stay elsewhere in the resort in a different unit if we were to return.
