This home was the perfect place for our week at Lake Almanor. The location is close enough to the recreation center to bike over in the afternoon for pickleball, and the included golf cart was ideal for our evening transport to the concert at the amphitheater. The kitchen is well stocked, and both the breakfast area and dining room seat everyone comfortably. Every bathroom had plenty of towels and bath supplies. Our group played some of the card games that we found in the downstairs closet, and watched football together on the large screen tv in the upper family room. We enjoyed bbq’d burgers at the large picnic table in the backyard. We set up the croquet set (one of several outdoor games available) and will laugh for a long time to come about how the lawn sprinklers came on to drench us midway through our game!

The home was super clean and well kept. It was spacious with two living rooms and two dining areas. The house is dated but everything is functional and clean. There was plenty of room for our 4 teenagers and my wife and I. The electric golf cart is a perk for sure. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner is super responsive. He answered calls and was very helpful with any and all concerns. We would definitely stay here again. The LACC has a lot of administrative rules but the amenities and property are great. Lake Almanor is a special place.

Overall it was very pleasant stay we enjoyed our time together and celebrated new year.
When we reached location the house ran out off propane. Heater and hot water wasn't working. We contacted Deb, we were informed that gas company missed the delivery. But Deb made sure that we get enough instructions to start two fire places inside home and sent a property manager to check if things are working fine. Deb generously issued one night stay refund.
Other than this one issue it was a great stay. 10mins walk to the lake.

Our family vacation was epic. The home was perfect with comfortable beds and very clean. We loved the kayaks, Golf cart, enclosed backyard and close proximity to the golf Course! Our host was very accommodating and we can't wait to return to this beautiful retreat in the tall pines with a gorgeous lake!
