Great Location, clean modern room on arrival with easy access to the city, nice walks along the river and a good restaurant nearby. All in all great hotel with loads of potential! see below
Reception check in and the team on the first breakfast of our stay were excellent, but the rest of the time the team couldn't be more disinterested in stocking up breakfast items, putting water in the coffee machine which we did ourselves one morning, serving drinks in the evening all because they like to stand outside the hotel entrance and smoke.......so a little more customer service would go along way! You would also generate more evening bar sales if you were more attentive and open after 9.30pm! Also with a 4 star hotel you would expect the rooms to be serviced each day of the stay, but only the bins were emptied........
