I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at the Villa. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is maintained well and clean. I enjoyed the tropical plants in the front of the home and around the pool. The beds were comfy, each room has its own tv and A/C unit. Our family's favorite part was the private pool. We were in it each day of our stay. Although there is another bigger community pool, we enjoyed the privacy of the home's pool. The view of the ocean from the roof terrace is amazing. Also, the patio on the first floor was perfect for hanging out after each day's adventures. The location across the street from Seven Seas Beach was amazing and convenient. We spent a few days at the beach, lounging in the water and snorkeling. The home provides beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for a day at the beach. The restaurant next door, Costa Mia, was yummy and family-friendly. But our favorite close restaurant was La Estacion. It had some delicious BBQ. We also liked Asadero China for Puerto Rican-style Chinese. There is a Pueblo close by for groceries. Walmart and Walgreens are a little further out.
Another plus was the ease of check-in thanks to communication with Lizzette. She maintained communication with us from check-in to check-out. Also, the booklet provided within the home was a plus, full of tips for local amenities. The location of the home provided easy access to Culebra, Icacos, EL Yunque, and Luquillo Kioskos. I would recommend the Villa if you want to visit any of these places on the east side of the Island. We would love to come stay here again on a future trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Fajardo. Great location close to the beach and town. Will be nice when construction work is completed! Nice pool area and upper deck/patio area with an ocean view. Townhouse was clean and fit our party of five! If in the area - definitely go to Las Vistas Cafe - great food, great view and Gladys is the best!!

This home and the location is absolutely amazing. We have 3 kids- 8, 11, and 14. We stayed here for 6 nights and had such a great time that we plan to go back next year. The house is right across the street from the beach. The beach has coral reefs just offshore you can snorkel to. We brought our own snorkel gear and did this everyday. The house has everything you need- beach towels, chairs, basics for the kitchen. We had coffee every morning on the rooftop and watched the sunrise. The neighborhood is lovely and safe with restaurants within walking distance. Others have said that the road is noisy. We only noticed this on Saturday night. I think the area is much busier on the weekend. It seems like many locals frequent the area and there are many RV parks nearby that I think locals go to to get away for the weekend. We used the private pool every single day. It is small but our family of 5 played and hung out in the pool no problem. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There is AC in the living room and each bedroom. Lizette responded to our questions really quickly! Love this house!
