We rented this house as a group of 4 families and it was a great fit. The large room on the 3rd floor was the "boy room" and was a great place for them to have their own space. The lift on the dock was great to use for our 24 ft. deep v runabout. The dock gave plenty of room for fishing on one side and laying out/swimming on the other side. Be aware: you cannot drive a trailered boat to this property, you have to go to the trailer park boat launch first. They (Ravae's) also have gas and some grocery items and are very friendly. The water was not busy at all and great/spacious for tubing and skiing.
The roads to this house could be considered off-roading, though it was passable by minivan. Due to the roads and distance to any store, we never left the property the entire week (we planned ahead for food). There are 2 full side refrigerators and a bottle water machine (water supplied). There was plenty of wood for the fire pit, we did a smore night and it was a big hit.
The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of room but not large so we ended up using the large laundry room as a pantry for the shelf stable food. The dinning room table only seats 10 so we did have to eat in shifts or send the kids to eat outside. Which worked out great as the deck is ample and we had great weather. The deck is great, it is huge and great for hanging out, eating or late night drinks.
The bed were comfy and the rooms and bathroom are all pretty large. I slept in the master on the lowest level and the walk-in closet was big enough to put a pack-n-play for the baby.
The A/C worked great during a HOT week. We were concerned when we saw window units in the 3rd floor, but they worked great and it was never hot up there.

This is an awesome place to stay! The house is huge and has such great amenities and big garage that can fit 4 cars. It’s a fantastic view and has lake access where the water is fairly calm all the time to swim peacefully and float. It even has a lily pad, kayak and paddle board for your use. You will have everything you need in this location for a fun time. We rented a boat in Sunrise Beach and was able to get to our house by boat very easily for snack refills. In my mind, this is the perfect location…it isn’t far from the main areas but it’s just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful areas of the lake.
I would recommend a SUV to navigate thru some of the back roads. They aren’t the best when traveling to get to Sunrise Beach.

The house was spacious and a close walk to the dock. The driveway was steeper than we anticipated. We were happy to have two refrigerators. It was nice to have extra outdoor folding chairs too. The kids loved their loft area upstairs.
