Enjoyed fully stocked house. Only 3 minutes to Sky Valley Resort golf shop. Nice Mountain View from back deck. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with Dayle. Highly recommend renting it.

Weekend could have not gone any better. Rental was a great location and was more than comfortable. Throw in the great views and we would definitely want to book again.

We spent a few days here in March, and the mild weather and the enchanting home made it a very pleasant experience. We had a couple of minor glitches when we arrived, especially since we had no cellphone reception to speak of and the provided wi-fi was out, but the manager resolved them satisfactorily once we were able to reach her. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was just about perfect.
The home is very tastefully appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed fires in the awesome stone fireplace each night with the provided firewood, and cooking our own meals was easy in the well-equipped kitchen. We only used one bedroom and bathroom, but the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, extra clean, and modern (although no bidet, darn it). The living room was cozy with a couch that swallows you whole and a massive easy chair.
Perhaps our favorite feature though, by a slim margin, was the roomy deck with a nice table and rocking chairs. The view, enhanced by the leafless trees, was impressive and might have been perfect with a foot of snow added in. We really appreciated the retractable awning, especially one evening when it rained and we were still able to sit outside and enjoy the sound. With the awning retracted, the sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling glass wall really enhances the home's vibrancy. Our only regret was that we did not have a chance to try the outdoor grill.
Once the manager got everything squared away for us, the wi-fi worked perfectly and the TV reception was strong. We still did not have cellphone service which the owners can't do much about, but they do provide a landline phone if needed.
All in all, we would definitely consider returning to this mountainside retreat.
