We were there for 28 days, from the end of January through the end of February. The house was clean and as advertised. It's a little misleading as three of the bedrooms do not have an "attached" bathroom but regardless, they are close to the bedrooms.
The Wifi went down four times while we were there. It was a community outage so out of the owner's control and she did get back to us quite quickly to let us know the cause. It typically took 12 - 24 hours for it to come back up.
If you are hoping to sit poolside and get some sun, please note that the pool does not get sun at least during the weeks we were there. We could move the chairs out to the lawn and that worked just fine for us.
It's a great house, close to some fun restaurants and shopping. We had a fun month!

The house has a nice floor plan for 2-3 small families and the location is very quiet and peaceful. There was also easy access to the major roads. The only issues we had were that we were not able to swim at night because the pool lights were not working and they only got fixed on day 6 of our 7 day vacation. So much for relaxing in the pool after the kids were put down for the night. The other issue was the house has noooo sound proofing. If someone walked on the second floor you could hear it on the main floor.
