The place was remarkable and comfortable. It had all of the essentials and more! I will definitely be back

The apartment is in a great location. We were visiting several people in the north Seattle area and this place saved us a lot of driving time. Someone that stayed here in January 2024 mentioned that the rugs weren’t very clean and I have to agree with that. The floor in general didn’t feel very clean. The rug under the bed is light gray faux fur. It had a large stain on it and the “fur” was very clumpy, ratty from use. It definitely had collected a lot of debris, honestly I did what I could to not have to step on it. I would really recommend replacing it. The missing smoke detectors that were mentioned in previous reviews this year still have not made an appearance either haha. Sheets on the bed very cheap nylon fabric and were pilling. Several mirrors in the apartment, it was surprising that none of them are full body length. Just a heads up if that’s something you like to have available to check your outfit before you hit the town. The bathroom had a large shower (a saving grace) and the space was comfortable enough for our short two night stay. In my honest opinion I think you could stay at a hotel for the same $ if not cheaper and it’d be very similar (potentially better) level of quality.

Great location. Quiet area of town. Convenient to restaurants and only 10-15 minutes from attractions. Good walking neighborhood. I recommend the 30 minute walk to sunset at Golden Gardens Beach. The Turtle coffee shop nearby is good for morning coffee and affordable lunch paninis.
Angela is awesome, so friendly and helpful if you need her. I made a couple suggestions to improve guest convenience (closet, suitcase table and hooks in bathroom) and she is on it!
The morning sun comes in beautifully. It's welcome except when trying to sleep in if your using the front sleeping area. It would be a good idea to get some blackout curtains to pull over the front exposure for us sleepyheads.
We were three and we would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this for anyone who is willing to rent a car or take ground transportation. You can easily walk by the bus stop for D-Line or 40 to the downtown. The only flaw is they did not provide heater, so it can be cold during the winter. Not an issue for me. This neighborhood is safe and the room is clean and can fit up to 4 people, which is an affordable option for multiple people to travel. I love it!

We rented this place for 7 days. Arriving at the location using Google led us 20 minutes away from where we were supposed to be. We drove around while trying to reach Angela whom was not responding. Eventually she did call back and made us aware this always happens using Google to try a different platform. We then found the apt. Upon arrival, it was the coldest it has been in years in Seattle and the heat was completely turned off and the apartment was freezing. It took a full 24 hrs to warm up. Not a warm welcome. The door to get in and out of the unit is malfunctioning and anyone can get in if wanted very easily which is not safe in Seattle. The lights above the bed were burned out and no smoke detector where that should have been. Not having a smoke detector is illegal. I mentioned all of this to Angela who stated it was illegal and she would come by asap to correct the issues, we never heard from her again. There is a clenaing fee so I expected to come into a clena apt. That was not the case. The bed, wall side in between was disgusting and has not been cleaned in some time. The rugs have not been vaccummed in some time either. All the wall decor has a layer of dust caked on it. They want you to remove all garbage, no problem but there were no garbage bags provided. If you are looking to relax and sleep, this is not the place. The neighbors upstairs were so loud and had no mind thta people are downstairs. They have a dog that doe snot sit still and just barks and it sounds like its right next to you in your apartment. Cute place but minor details ignored. I would find somewhere else to stay if needing a place in this area.

Good overall, a former person noted the legs of the bed frame breaking and it seemed the solution was to take them off and just have the bed frame on the ground which is.. an odd, solution. Also yes the electric turn dial thermostat is still broken, only goes on/off, but also there is a heat pump that does pretty good. I couldn't figure out how to connect to the Chromecast but managed to connect to a fire stick instead, so it worked out. :) The mini fridge does not have a freezer section, but the hosts went above and beyond to quickly remedy any issues I had and I appreciated them. As a whole the unit is very nice and comfy and the bathroom is huge which is awesome. Parking was easy and check in was a breeze.

We had a great time staying here during our trip to Seattle. The host was very accommodating and the place was very clean upon arrival. Great location too! So close to a lot of great places. AC worked great and there was a fan too if it got too warm. Internet wasn’t great and the Chromecast didn’t work super well, but we spent a lot of time out so that wasn’t much of an issue. My only warnings/feedback are about parking and security. We may have just been unlucky, but most of the time we came back to the location there were 0 places to park. We got lucky just a couple of times with a place to park on the street in front so just a warning to plan for that if you have a car. I felt like security could use a little upgrade, maybe an extra lock inside? The keypad code was easy and there was no other security besides that so I feel like anyone could walk up and figure the code out to get in if they wanted to. Also there are other people who live above and there isn’t really any sound dampening in the complex so it sometimes sounds like an elephant is walking above you. All in all we had a fantastic time and would recommend this place to a friend for a short stay.

Comfortable and cute place to stay in Ballard. I will try to book again when I am in the area.

This space was clean, parking was easy and access to the property was simple. It was exactly what I needed as a single person staying close to family in Ballard. I recommend for singles or couples, though may be cramped for larger parties- unless you plan to be out most of the day.
I noticed one reviewer said you should bring a fan —but the air conditioning worked really well!

Great location! Fantastic for working remotely, as well. Fast wifi and good A/C.
Close to coffee shops, the beach, Green Lake, and Ballad. Easy drive downtown, as well. Highly recco!

This was a great place to stay! Highly, highly recommend it. The property manager is extremely responsive and check in/out was a breeze. I have visited Seattle many times and stay here each time I can. 10 minutes from all major downtown attractions. Walking distance to grocery stores. Ample FREE parking. Feels safe as a solo female traveler.
Only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is for a few reasons: Towels didn’t seem cleaned and had the stench of hard water. No basic toiletries like toothpaste, body wash etc. As others have said upstair neighbors make an extreme amount of noise and wake up quite early so sleeping in can be tough. If staying for long term you can run out of trash bags pretty quickly.
Otherwise, this is truly a gem to stay at compared to overpriced hotels and other sketchy rentals located in bad neighborhoods.

3rd time staying here. My Girlfriend and I absolutely love this place. It’s cozy, and charming. The furnishings are super luxurious and unique. The location is perfect and close to everything. We will definitely be back!

This is such a cute place. I had a great time staying there. I loved the decoration, I loved that it had a little stove so I was able to cook dinner and breakfast. There are two grocery stores walking distance, restaurants, McDonald’s, pizza.
The most fun thing for me was that I could walk to the beach. Close enough to Seattle. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would go back for sure!
8.0 / 10.0
The place is VERY cute and perfect for a couple. The bathroom was amazing!
The only thing I would change is the lighting in the place, it was too dim/dark at night time.
The neighbors who live upstairs above though obviously don’t care about if there’s people below because they were very noisy. Not sure if those neighbors have kids, but there was just A LOT of stomping and running going around and it was difficult to get some sleep or even sleep in.

This rental was perfect for us. We were excited to stay somewhere that would be away from downtown in a neighborhood to experience all parts of Seattle. The location is really great. The bed was very comfortable! There was great natural light and the blinds that slide from the top and bottom were really great so bring the light in. The unit felt private and parking was easy as well. It was just my boyfriend and I that stayed here but this could easily work for one or two more people. The guest contact was super friendly, helpful and responsive. This is a really great spot and we really enjoyed it. We would have stayed longer if we could have!
