We booked this getaway last minute for some much needed R&R. We were looking for a peaceful place to unwind and disconnect. Then by chance, we stumbled upon 'Green Acres.' The entire property was everything we could have wanted and more-private, peaceful, paradise! We've rented many other vacation rentals, but most feel like "rentals." 'Green Acres' feels like "home!" From the decor, to the amenities, to the cleanliness, you won't be disappointed. This property made us re-evaluate city living. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Extremely well-appointed and updated home. Very well maintained - everything worked the way it should. Very clean too. We lacked for nothing. S'mores and firewood were supplied for the full-sized Solo Stove fire pit out back. My favorite things to do: Evening - sit outside and look up at the stars - the Milky Way is visible on a clear night and countless satellites. Using the fire pit! Visiting during a meteor shower would be great I imagine! Morning - before sunrise, coffee on the screened-in porch facing the pond. Listening to the roosters wake up, and a couple of donkeys off in the distance. There are no other homes visible from the property, and it is fenced so we didn't need to worry much about our two dogs. Dogs had a blast exploring the acreage. I caught two fish (a smallmouth bass and bluegill) on a small, spinning grub and hardly tried. Best times were dusk and just before the sun climbed over the trees in the morning. The AC really cranks - we sleep in a cold house - and it didn't struggle at all during the heat of the day. Dimmer switches for the recessed lighting from kitchen to family room were a great touch before sunup and in the evenings. The weather was dry and warm - I can imagine watching a thunderstorm from the back porch is a real treat. EASIEST check-in and check-out I've ever had with a VRBO. Contacted Kathy once just to say thanks and that we made it to Molino, and that was it - no need to bother her at all. Five stars well deserved,

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our extended family stay. It was well stocked, peaceful, and quiet. We would stay again and recommend it without hesitation. The owners were great to deal with!
